Cancellation policies:

100% refund for all cancellations with minimum 3 days notice. 50% refund for all cancellations with minimum 24h notice. Less than 24h notice or in case of a No- Show : no refund.

In the unlikely possibility of rain at the time of your booked sidecar tour we  can cancel your booking (full refund) or reschedule (depending on availability)

Safety:

Our sidecar motorcycle is absolutely safe for adults and children. We accept children as passengers but please notice that for safety reasons and by law in Spain: children under 12 years old cannot ride with us.

The sidecar motorcycle is built for pleasant & relaxed cruising, enjoying the environment in a comfortable way. High speed cruising is absolutely not done here.

You will wear a a safe helmet provided with a Bluetooth headset for easy communication. Using a helmet is compulsory by law and it must always be worn. We keep our helmets in perfect condition, sanitized & cleaned after every use. In addition, we use disposable hair nets for the helmet for optimal hygiene.

Insurance:

Our clients are responsible for their own travel (and health) insurance. We are covered by the suitable public liability insurance policies but will take no responsibility over the risks of damage, loss, or other irregularity occurred to your personal items. In addition we will not take responsibility for any accidental physical damage occurred to our clients during one of our tours.
